Cancellations & Refunds
Clay and Iron's procedure for cancelling orders to is call at 888-212-8871 or email drbilldeagle@earthlink.net to cancel your order before shipping. Orders refused can be refused at receipt from UPS or other trackable delivery service. Clay and Iron will process and provide full refunds for products, handling and delivery charges within 72 hours of notification, with an emailed copy to the customer of the Verisign log and original cancelled order.
No refunds are made for products opened or damaged after receipt by customers, and only unopened and undamaged packages will be accepted for return. Call to solve any ordering, delayed receipt or nutraceutical delivery issues, with callbacks guananteed Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, withing three hours or the next open business day after these times.
