SWINE FLU HYBRID AND BRIDGE VIRUS TO SWINE-AVIAN FLU PANDEMIC GENES

The swine flu is common in the agribusiness, and antibodies to swine flu are present in 20% of vetenarians and 5% of pig farm workes, and rarely kills pigs.

However, this swine flu that has presented in Mexico, Texas, California, Queens NYC, London, Italy, etc. has genes of swine, avian, human, and asian flu. This is without any doubt a pandemic flu with a current case fatality estimated at 10 % plus, and rapidly is leaping across North America and to Europe.

Since 1997, the H5N1 flu has spread to all continents. Genetics showed that six strains had high pathogenic case fatality rates in the range of 70% average from 25 % to 100 % case fatality rates in humans, with some clusters of human to human spread, with close physical contact. Defiencies in two amino acids needed to allow rapid attachment to human cells was found in all strains, but can be acquired by recombinants with H9N2 or H7N3 or H3N2 etc. endemic human stains that can also coinfect pigs, birds, agricultural animals, and animals in the wild. Until fall 2008, the avian flu did not optimally replicate unless it was at 106 degrees or higher, but now it has acquired the capacity to replicate easily at 98.6 Farhenheit. Drug resistance to Amantadine, Tamiflu also are the predominant strains.

The current swine flu is analagous to a early 20th century steamer trunk, with stickers showing the visited countries and coastal cities. It has stamps from Asia, North America, Avian, Swine and Human genetics. This is a "Lab Creation". Now, we must understand that this virus is behaving as if it is more lethal per case that usual flu, and can recombine in pigs, wild and domestic birds, and other animals and can thus acquire PB2 deletions, NS1 gene polymorphisms, and the polybasic six amino acids that allow it to grow in brain and CNS as well as any other target organ in human and animal hosts. The NS1 deletion of four amino acids bypasses IL4, and thus is much more lethal with massive cytokine release at end stages. Because Avian H5N1 and the 1918 Swine Flu targeted young healthy people, the release of cytokines was more violent in the most healthy. This first wave is likely to recombine and after Phase 1 gene to population insertion, Phase 2 will result in new superstrains with additional genetic polymorphisms allow transfer efficiently to humans. Phase 2 is the bioreactor phase. In the emergent or Phase 3, new viral Clades of Swine /Avian hybrids will then have more efficient spreading and higher spontaneous lethality.

WHO UN ROTHCHILD'S FUNDED WITH CDC NIAID PANDEMIC FLU

Human Life International invited Dr Bill Deagle MD to speak, March 1997, to the International Board of Doctors and Scientists.

After my two hour talk, the board sat me down for a presentation of a foot of documents. Included were three distinct biological programs. The first was a plasmid anti-HCG contaminated Tetanus Vaccine, to cause first trimester sterility by spontaneous induced miscarriage in the target populations of Subsharan Africa, Phillipines, and other target WHO UN high density population countries.

Most important as the large packet of documents on the Avian Flu Project, funded by the Rothchilds and oversean by the WHO and UN. They were in process of obtaining gene fragments from deceased whalers in Alaska with the CDC and Natl Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, supercomputer remodeled and bioengineered resurrection of the 1918 Swine Flu. They planned to insert into the genome Avian genes and spray into Asian bird populations, which would later be a gene pool when spread was complete to all continents for a new Swine-Avian Flu Pandemic.

We now see the H1N1 flu in Mexico, Canada, UK, Italy, USA and perhaps other locations, rapidly evolving. This wave is quite lethal, but with the H5N1 genetics in the wild, it is likely to come in future waves with yet more lethal genes and more rapid spread.

Certainly, in the next 7 days, the presence in multiple countries, US Pandemic Flu Alert, WHO raised from 3rd to 4th level, and the pronouncements for a decade plus of coming Pandemic Flu, this was totally a UN WHO plot to release a virus that would cull the human herd. Martial law will come with this or future waves in the next several months.

As the summer of 2009 winds down, the debate over ?pandemic? vaccinations in the nation?s ?public? schools is beginning to ramp up.

According to the Associated Press, hundreds of public schools are ?heeding the government?s call to set up flu clinics in the fall, preparing for what could be the most WIDESPREAD SCHOOL VACCINATIONS since the days of polio.?

Yet, despite all of the ?hype? and fear-mongering, a few very important questions remain unanswered, and concerned citizens are still being left in the dark. Some basic questions should be very simple ones for Washington to answer. Who is paying for these millions of experimental vaccines? Is this yet another government ?bailout program? ? this time to enrich Big Pharma?

The single biggest question that this writer personally asked of HHS Secretary Sebelius two months ago in an ?open letter? is simply: ?WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS OF THE VACCINES?? Can Americans be 100% guaranteed that toxic squalene (an oil-in-water adjuvant) and live viruses will not be part of the ingredient list, since on July 13, the World Health Organization approved these substances to be included in the vaccines?

Again, I would ask Ms. Sebelius: ?Please give us an INDEPENDENT analysis of the contents of the various ?vaccines? before asking us to roll up our sleeves and take the shots ? ESPECIALLY our precious children.? All we are asking for, Secretary Sebelius, is INFORMED CONSENT; instead, you consistently appear to be demanding blind, robotic TRUST as you IGNORE these basic questions.

Typically, when someone is afraid to give full and honest disclosure, it is because they have something to hide. What is the government hiding?

I would respectfully remind Secretary Sebelius that her own FDA, as well as the FTC, is the watchdog over consumer products and their safety. Various Truth in Labeling laws provide for the COMPLETE and ACCURATE listing of product ingredients on the labels. Thanks to these laws, this author can receive full disclosure of the chemicals and preservatives in a bag of Cheetos, and thus, I can make an informed decision to purchase and consume the product ? or abstain from the same as the case may be. Nobody is FORCING ME, to buy and eat a bag of Cheetos. Yet, the CDC and the federal government?s ?health and human services? division do not seem inclined to apply these same basic consumer-protection laws to the pandemic flu vaccines. Again one must ask, ?Why is this???

Furthermore, if my bag of Cheetos happens to have some toxic mold growing in the product, which makes me deadly ill --- I have the basic right to sue the company for damages. Not so with these vaccines. Not only do we the people not know what specific chemicals and viruses are being shot directly into our bloodstreams, but again according to an Associated Press article, the vaccine companies have been given blanket immunity from lawsuits. This of course leads us to ask yet another question, ?If the vaccines are so safe, why does Big Pharma need such sweeping lawsuit protections in place??

THE EMEA PROVIDES DISCLOSURE

Over the weekend, a gentleman in Belgium sent a very interesting e-mail. He had finally succeeded in getting a document from the European Medicines Agency (EMEA -the European Union?s equivalent of America?s FDA) that listed the basic ingredients in the primary ?pandemic flu? vaccine being purchased for Europe ? GlaxoSmithKline?s (GSK) PANDEMRIX vaccine. This EMEA Document is very, very revealing.
The vaccine consists of:

Active Substance: Pandemic influenza vaccine (H5N1) (split virion, inactivated, adjuvanted) A/VietNam/1194/2004 NIBRG-14.

Clearly, this is BIRD FLU vaccine, with the isolated antigen being the VietNam killer bird flu virus that has exhibited such a high mortality rate amongst victims in that country. The problem is, according to the WHO, the pandemic flu threatening Europe and the world is not a BIRD FLU (H5N1) virus at all, but is a ?Novel? Swine Flu (H1N1) virus. How is it possible that such a specific BIRD FLU VACCINE would give any immune protection to a ?Novel? Swine Flu ?pandemic? virus?

It would seem that GSK is trying to unload stockpiles of its ?Avian Pandemic Flu? vaccine by disguising it as a generic ?Pandemic? vaccine under the name ?PANDEMRIX?!! Why is the EMEA allowing this to happen? Will the FDA follow the EMEA?s lead and allow ?Pandemrix? bird flu viruses to be shot into millions of school children in America? Or will it be only Novartis or Novavax vaccines allowed in America? When will Americans be given FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE LABELING, and the COMPANIES UNDER CONTRACT??

Notice also that GSK?s ?Pandemrix? circular declares that the virus included in the vaccine has been ?adjuvanted? ? but it doesn?t disclose the specific adjuvant used. It is very likely ?oil-in-water? adjuvant, aka squalene ? but this is not fully disclosed.

A very real concern of virologists worldwide is that the relatively benign ?Novel? Swine Pandemic Flu threatening the world today, could turn into a much more dangerous killer if it somehow were able to blend with a known high-morbidity-producing virus, such as the VietNam strain of H5N1. It would appear that injecting millions of people with PANDREMIX ?adjuvanted? H5N1 Bird Flu viruses could indeed create the ?Perfect Storm? as far as a pandemic is concerned.

This ORGANIZED LUNACY must end, and it must end NOW!!

Canadians need better flu education, says new head of doctors group

SASKATOON - The incoming president of the Canadian Medical Association says Canadians need to be better educated about flu symptoms ahead of a possible resurgence of the H1N1 virus this fall.

Dr. Ann Doig says the pandemic is "front of mind" for physicians, who are in Saskatoon for their annual meeting. She says there is a lot of information available to doctors through local health regions, but the public needs to be given more as flu season approaches.

"Inevitably with something like this, there is a panic," says Doig, who has been practising family medicine in Saskatoon for 30 years.

"It's no different than in the summertime when we always see people who think they might have Lyme disease or think they might have West Nile. And really, when you listen to their description of their symptoms, very, very frequently the symptoms that they're worried about have absolutely nothing to do with the disease that they've identified as being their concern," she says.

"The same is true for the flu. We don't want people to be given misinformation about influenza."

As of last Wednesday, the number of deaths officially associated with the swine flu virus in Canada stood at more than 65, although health officials say most people with H1N1 suffer only mild illness.

Late last month, the Public Health Agency of Canada released new guidelines for front-line health workers to help contain and prevent the spread of H1N1.

The recommendations include such measures as removing toys and magazines from waiting rooms, screening for swine flu during 911 calls and keeping emergency room patients in separate rooms if they exhibit respiratory symptoms.

Doig, who officially becomes the medical association president this Wednesday, says there needs to be a "clearly articulated" public education program so patients can make informed decisions around such things as going to work or going to school.

The information also needs to make it clear about when people should seek medical attention and where they should go, she says.

There are concerns that doctors' offices could be overwhelmed.

"The crunch is going to come when we start seeing the influx of patients who either do have or think they have symptoms of the H1N1 flu," says Doig.

Does virus vaccine increase the risk of cancer?

The swine flu vaccine has been hit by new cancer fears after a German health expert gave a shock warning about its safety.

Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg is a politician and a specialist in lungs, hygiene and environmental medicine. He is the chairman of the health committee in The German parliament and European Council


Lung specialist Wolfgang Wodarg has said that there are many risks associated with the vaccine for the H1N1 virus.

He has grave reservations about the firm Novartis who are developing the vaccine and testing it in Germany. The vaccination is injected ?with a very hot needle?, Wodarg said.

The nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells from animals and "we do not know if there could be an allergic reaction".

But more importantly, some people fear that the risk of cancer could be increased by injecting the cells.

The vaccine - as Johannes L?wer, president of the Paul Ehrlich Institute, has pointed out - can also cause worse side effects than the actual swine flu virus.

Wodrag also described people?s fear of the pandemic as an "orchestration": ?It is great business for the pharmaceutical industry,? he told the ?Neuen Presse?.

Swine flu is not very different from normal flu. ?On the contrary if you look at the number of cases it is nothing compared to a normal flu outbreak,? he added.

The chairman of the health committee in the European Council has urged for a careful and calm reaction to the virus.

Up until now, the producers of the vaccine did not know how many orders they would have by the autumn, but the German Government is now a guaranteed customer.

Even the pharmaceutical companies are trying to exploit the fear of the swine flu pandemic.

When I advised people to "be careful" publicly charging Obama with a serious crime -- here is further evidence why this is not too wise of a move.

Last Tuesday, a gentleman called me following my latest radio show interview. He said he was in L.A. - and wanted to know if we (our team of investigators) had a U.S. Attorney involved in the criminal investigation of the pandemic vaccines. He said he had information to show that Baxter will be distributing biological weapons disguised as pandemic flu vaccines. He then volunteered that the vaccines had been made in bio-weapon labs in the Ukraine --- and was expressed gratitude that we were exposing the problem.

After our experiences with Citizen Jane, I was suspicious of the man, and did not take him too seriously. In retrospect, I think I should have paid more attention to him.

I quickly informed him that we didn't have a "U.S. Attorney" -but advised him to go to the Justice Department in L.A. -- tell them his story, give them his evidence -- then have the Justice Department contact Bill Deagle, or True Ott if the evidence panned out. I gave him Deagle's phone number in San Diego as well.

This "Joseph Moshe" arrested in L.A. is likely a MOSSAD agent with a CONSCIENCE - and has apparently been extradited immediately to Israel. Now his "testimony", whatever it would have been, is still "secure". Notice, the "federal agents" used an electro-magnetic pulse - which knocked out his car, as well as any cell phone so he couldn't contact the "U.S. Attorney" he was obviously going to meet with.

Did he make "threats" against Obama?? Apparently just announcing he was "going public" about his knowledge of Baxter Pharma, and that the "pandemic flu" vaccine isn't a vaccine at all, but is indeed a biological weapon designed to kill millions - was all it took for him to be 'detained'.

The conspirators can't have truth tellers running around meeting with U.S. Attorneys, apparently.

I don't know if this man arrested and deported last Thursday is the same person who called me -- but it very well could be.


In further explanation, we have this story from one "HL Schanklen"

"On a bleak island in the Aral Sea, one hundred monkeys are tethered to posts set in parallel rows stretching out toward the horizon. A muffled thud breaks the stillness. Far in the distance, a small metal sphere lifts into the sky then hurtles downward, rotating, until it shatters in a second explosion.

Some seventy-five feet above the groud, a cloud the color of dark mustard begins to unfurl, gently dissolving as it glides down toward the monkeys. They pull at their chains and begin to cry. Some bury their heads between their legs. A few cover their mouths or noses, but it is too late: they have already begun to die.

At the other end of the island, a handful of men in biological protective suits observe the scene through binoculars, taking notes. In a few hours, they will receive the still-breathing monkeys and return them to cages where the animals will be under continuous examination for the next several days until, one by one, they die of anthrax or tularemia, Q fever, brucellosis, glanders, or plague. These are the tests I supervised throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. They formed the foundation of the Soviet Union's spectacular breakthroughs in biological warfare.

Between 1988 and 1992, I was the first chief deputy of Biopreparat, the Soviet state pharmaceutical agency whose primary function was to develop and produce weapons made from the most dangerous viruses, toxins, and bacteria known to man. Biopreparat was the hub of a clandestine empire of research, testing, and manufacturing facilities spread over more than forty sites in Russia and Kazakhstan. Nearly every important government institution played a role in the Soviet biological weapons program: the Ministry of Defense, the Ministries of Agriculture and Health, the Soviet Academy of Sciences, the Communist Party Central Committee, and, of course, the KGB. The System, as Biopreparat was often called, was more successful than the Kremlin had ever dared to hope.

Over a twenty-year period that began, ironically, with Moscow's endorsement of the Biological Weapons Convention in 1972, the Soviet Union built the largest and most advanced biological warfare establishment in the world. We were among the 140 signatories of the convention, pledging "not to develop, produce, stockpile, or otherwise acquire or retain" biological agents for offensive military purposes. At the same time, through our covert program, we stockpiled hundreds of tons of anthrax and dozens of tons of plague and smallpox near Moscow and other Russian cities for use against the United States and its Western allies.

What went on in Biopreparat's labs was one of the most closely guarded secrets of the Cold War.


Before I became an expert in biological warfare I was trained as a physician. The government I served perceived no contradiction between the oath every doctor takes to preserve life and our preparations for mass murder. For a long time, neither did I.

Less than a decade ago, I was a much-decorated army colonel, marked out for further promotion in one of the Soviet Union's most elite military programs. If I had stayed in Russia, I would have been a major general by now, and you would never have heard my name. But in 1992, after seventeen years inside Biopreparat, I resigned my position and fled with my family to the United States. In numerous debriefing sessions, I provided U.S. officials with their first comprehensive picture of our activities. Most of what I told them has never been revealed in public.

With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the danger once posed by our weapons work has largely diminished. Biopreparat claims that it no longer conducts offensive research, and Russia's stockpile of germs and viruses has been destroyed. But the threat of a biological attack has increased as the knowledge developed in our labs--of lethal formulations that took our scientists years to discover--has spread to rogue regimes and terrorist groups. [ed. note--the author has no proof that the Russian threat has diminished as he claims, and the rogue regimes and terror organizations answer to Moscow.] Bioweapons are no longer contained within the bipolar world of the Cold War. They are cheap, easy to make, and easy to use. In the coming years, they will become very much a part of our lives.


Since leaving Moscow I have encountered an alarming level of ignorance about biological weapons. Some of the best scientists I've met in the West say it isn't possible to alter viruses genetically to make reliable weapons, or to store enough of a given pathogen for strategic purposes, or to deliver it in a way that assures maximum killing power. My knowledge and experience tell me that they are wrong. I have written this book to explain why.

There are some who maintain that discussing the subject will cause needless alarm. But existing defenses against these weapons are dangerously inadequate, and when biological terror strikes, as I'm convinced it will, public ignorance will only heighten the disaster. The first step we must take to protect ourselves is to understand what biological weapons are and how they work. The alternative is to remain as helpless as the monkeys in the Aral Sea.

Now, the information I received tonight.


Joseph Moshe (Moshe is the man's middle name) is a bio-scientist. He works (worked?) for a unit within Mossad. He is an Israeli citizen.

The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain him, or "bring him in."

Moshe did not send a threat to the White House. Rather, he communicated that he intended to go public with information he had regarding the flu vaccine that is being prepared by Baxter Labs, an Austrian company.

The information is this: The vaccine is being manufactured in Ukraine. It is not a vaccine at all, but rather an engineered genetically mutated bio-weapon meant to cause sickness and death. Moshe informed the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he became aware that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings in his car and set out for the Israeli consulate, located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. FBI pursuit kept him from reaching his destination.

Mounted on top of the large black vehicle was a microwave weapon which fried the electronics in Moshe's car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training.

Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest. After leaving police or FBI custody, he returned to Israel, where he is at this time.
