RETURN POLICY FOR CLAYandIRON ORDERS: NOTICE ->

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to give you a 100% product refund on your shipment within 30 days from receipt. Simply return the unused product for a full refund (minus shipping*).

However, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Pick ? Up from the individual supplier of the CLAYandIRON product you ordered. All products must not be opened or tampered with in any way. Any opened product will not be refunded.

*Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

There is a additional 10% restocking fee on all returns.
